Privacy Policy

When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email — just what couriers and support need to get your parcel to you. Your cart is stored on your own device using your browser's local storage, so nothing about an unfinished cart is sent to us.

Online payments run through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay — we never see or store them. We only receive a confirmation that your payment succeeded, along with your order number.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with our courier and payment partners, strictly to fulfil your order.

Product reviews are public — they show the name you enter and your rating and words. Please don't include personal details in review text.

Want a copy of your data, or your account details removed? Email hi@tinyglobe.in and we will take care of it. We keep order records only as long as Indian tax and consumer laws require.
