Shipping & Delivery

Orders are confirmed and handed to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days of your order (orders placed on Sundays or public holidays move the next business day). You will receive your order number by email right away.

Delivery across India takes 5–9 business days from dispatch. We keep a little extra buffer over standard courier timelines so the promise we make is one we can always keep — festive seasons or bad weather may add a few days, and we will keep you informed if anything delays your parcel.

Remote locations may occasionally take a few days longer depending on courier reach.

Shipping is charged per product and shown clearly on every product page and in your cart before you pay — some products ship free. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across serviceable pin codes — pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets).

If a pin code is not serviceable, or the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, we will cancel the order and refund any prepaid amount in full. Cash on delivery orders that are refused at the door may be restricted from future COD orders.
