By placing an order you confirm the details you provide (name, address, phone, email) are accurate and that you are legally able to make the purchase. Please keep your order number safe — it is the quickest way for us to help you.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and shown before checkout, along with the shipping fee for each product. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we cancel and refund in full — no questions asked.

You can pay online (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets) through Razorpay, our secure payment partner, or choose Cash on Delivery where serviceable. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds or, for COD, when the parcel is dispatched.

We dispatch orders in 1–2 business days and deliver across India in 5–9 business days. Full details live in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Products that arrive damaged, defective or wrong can be reported within 3 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund — see our Returns & Refunds policy for the exact steps.

We photograph products as accurately as possible, but screens differ — slight colour variations are possible and are not treated as a defect. Product descriptions tell you exactly what to expect.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather or events beyond our reasonable control — but we will always keep you informed and make it right.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top always shows the current version.
